I completed my training at the Creedmoor Psychiatric Center-Columbia University/NY-Presbyterian Hospital program where I also served as chief resident. My focus of my private practice is psychopharmacology (medications), however, I have experience in various areas of psychiatry. I have worked in multiple substance abuse treatment centers, evaluating and managing patients on both inpatient and outpatient units. I have several years of experience in community mental health, working for one of the largest clinics in Southern California. I am the Medical Director of the largest privately owned practice that administers transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) and esketamine (Spravato). TMS is a noninvasive form of brain stimulation for treatment resistant depression and Spravato is the only FDA-approved nasal spray for adult patients with treatment resistant depression.
I am board certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. I am a member of the American Society of Clinical Psychopharmacology, American Society of Addiction Medicine, Clinical TMS Society, Neuroscience Education Institute, American Society of Ketamine Physicians, Psychotherapists & Practitioners, and the American Psychiatric Association.
